Our Story
One Vision Creative CIC is a Birmingham-based Community Interest Company founded on 16 June 2023, with the aim of delivering creative, educational, and social services that directly benefit local communities. Registered under company number 14940094, it operates as a private company limited by guarantee without share capital, and its registered office is located at Flat 2, 249 Gospel Lane, Birmingham, B27 7AU.
The organisation was established by a group of individuals with strong community roots and a shared passion for using creativity as a tool for empowerment. The founding team includes Yorguen Kiala Kwanzambi, who currently serves as a director, alongside Eliezer Bikuma Nsimba, appointed in September 2024. The company also acknowledges the early contributions of Jordan Shula Keto, who served as director until April 2024.
Although still in the early stages of development, One Vision Creative CIC intends to offer a variety of services including creative workshops (such as art, media, and design), wellbeing and resilience-building programs, and practical support for personal and community growth. These activities aim to uplift individuals, encourage self-expression, and build stronger, more connected communities.
The company operates transparently under the Community Interest Company framework, with regular financial reporting and compliance obligations. The next financial year-end is set for 30 June 2025, with accounts due by 31 March 2026. Its confirmation statement is next due by 29 June 2025.
